BY ENTERING, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE AND/OR BY INSTALLING THE APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, ENTERING INTO, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE, ON YOUR AND, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR ORGANIZATION'S BEHALF, TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY (THE “PRIVACY POLICY”), INCLUDING TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (AS DEFINED BELOW). IF YOU DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL, ACCESS AND/OR USE THE APP AND/OR ENTER, ACCESS AND/OR USE THE SITE, AND YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROMPTLY UNINSTALL THE APP FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.

2. Which information we may collect on our Users?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
a. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us while such User is entering and/or using the Site and/or App and/or installs the App. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information, behavioral information and aggregated information, and may contain, among other things, the activity of the User on the Site and/or App, type of operating system, type of the User’s device and its version, User's ‘click-stream’ on the Site and/or App, product interaction, type of browser and keyboards features, the hardware specifications of such device (including screen resolution), time spent on various screens of the Site and/or App, User demographics, traffic patterns, etc.
b. The second type of information is any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to personally identify an individual, including, but not limited to, first and last name, phone number, country of residence, company name and email address, or other contact information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature.
Important note: We may enable certain Users to receive, through the Site and/or App, aggregated and anonymized information relating to the activities of their team members (i.e., other User who were invited to use the Services by such User and are assigned to the User’s account). The App and Site may provide such Users (team leaders) with aggregated and anonymized analytics and insights on their team members’ use of the Keyboard Extension, the App, the Site and the User Content shared with them (collectively, “User Analytics”). To the extent that you shall use the Services as a team leader, you hereby warrant and represent that you shall provide to your team members all required notices and receive from your team members all consents required under applicable law for the Company to monitor their use of the App, Site, Keyboard Extension, Landing Pages and/or User Content and to collect, process and provide to you their User Analytics.
We may cross-reference Personal Information with other Personal Information we have about you and any Non-personal Information connected or linked to or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage or association exists. For avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information, as long as such connection or linkage exists.
We do not collect any Personal Information from you or related to you without your approval, which is obtained, inter alia, through your active acceptance to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

a. We collect information through your entry, connection, installation, access and/or use of the App and entry, access and/or use of the Site. In other words, when you are using the Services, we are aware of it and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage.

Our Platform may include social media features (“Social Features”). The Social Features are operated or allow for social integration with certain third-party social networks or third party platforms (“Social Network”). These Social Networks are created and maintained by third parties who are not affiliated with and/or controlled by the Company. If you enable this integration with such Social Networks, your use of the Social Features is subject to the applicable third-party Social Network’s terms of use and privacy policies. You should ensure that you read their terms of use and privacy policies to understand how they treat your information and in order to understand the methods for changing the privacy or sharing settings on such services. If you do not agree to the practices described in such terms you should not allow the Platform to interact with such Social Networks, however you may find that you are not able to enjoy all the features that may be made available via the Platform. You understand that where you allow interaction with any third-party Social Network, we may share data about you with your contacts (and vice versa) in order that you may enjoy social elements. This data may include, without limitation, your name and your social media profile picture. By using the Social Features you hereby agree and understand that the applicable Social Networks or Platforms may collect certain Personal Information, such as your IP address, Non-personal Information and may set cookies and/or other web tracking technologies to enable the functionality of the Social Features. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the Social Features. You hereby understand and agree that when you share content via Social Networks that your content may become public and others may re-post-it.

We acknowledge that under circumstances you may have the right to access and to request an amendment or deletion of the Personal Information we collect and process about you. Aggregate and/or anonymous information derived from your use of the Services may remain on the Company servers indefinitely.

8. Minors
The Site and/or App is intended for Users over the age of sixteen (16). Therefore, The Company does not intend and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen (16) and does not wish to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under the age of sixteen (16) are not using the Services. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen (16) we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We may be using third party software or service in order to collect, host, store and/or process the information detailed herein for the purposes specified herein. Such third parties may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. The Company engages with third parties that abide by the same lawful obligations as the Company and that post a privacy policy governing their collection, processing and use of non-personal and personal information. Such information is locally stored in the User’s device. Keygo and/or our authorized third party service providers may access such information. Keygo and/or our authorized third party service providers may use both session cookies (which expire once you close the web-browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on the User’s device until he/she deletes them). Such Local Storage used by the Site and/or App may store non-personal information (such as the different pages viewed by a User within the Site and/or App) as well as User persistent identifier, which will be collected in accordance with the terms specified herein.

However, if you block or erase cookies, your experience of the Site and/or App may be limited. 15. Changes to the Privacy Policy
